The British Council is looking to contract one consultant to be the Senior Project Manager, EU for Civil Society in Libya (Linataawan) Phase 2 as per the Terms of Reference listed under Section 7. Specification of this RFP. Linataawan phase 1 project started in 2019, it was a four-year project co-funded by the European Union (EU) and delivered by the British Council, ACTED and CILG-VNG. The project aimed at Strengthening democratic governance, accountability, and local development in Libya by empowering civil society actors to participate in decision-making processes.
